Ebony’s funeral gets new date and venue

Ebony still Reigns in MemoryIndependence Square was announced earlier as the venue for the funeral of their deceased daughter of Nana Poku Kwarteng father of dancehall artiste Ebony.

The family later disclosed that the event may either be postponed or see a change in venue.

As it stands, the funeral will now be held at the State House and it will be on March 24, 2018. This announcement was made by Abeiku Santana on his “Drive Time” show on Okay101.7FM on behalf of the family.

According to the family, both the State House and Black Square have been booked on 17th March by the Canadian High Commission and Aglow International respectively hence the need for the sudden change of date and venue.

Ebony Reigns, born Priscilla Opoku-Kwarteng died in February 2018 in a gory accident with two of her friends. One, Franky Kuri has already been buried and the rest awaits their burial.
