Zimbabwean singer, Ammara Brown, has just released a new video for her promising but stale record Svoto in an effort to figure out where she got it wrong in the hot pursuit for global recognition with her music.
The song with video shot in South Africa features Nigerian artist Mr Eazi.
The daughter of iconic Zimbabwean singer Andy Brown, mother of one, who released her Ammartia album has been enjoying “Svoto” to the fullest in the visuals below.
After good runs with Bhachura, Mukoko and Akiliz, the barefoot goddess Ammara Brown’s next gig with Mr Eazi has been widely described as lukewarm and sparkless although the accompanying visual to the song adds the missing flame to resurrect the vibe in the single.
Produced by Don Juan Bacha and El Puto, the energetic video also features top dancers Nia Vasquez and Prudence Masego who brought life to the Don Juan Bacha directed video starring Oneal Zibanani Madumo.
The song was co-written by Tendai “Fluid” Mabhodho and visual is just a statement for future generations.
