WaxPrint Media presents the next session of its marketing interactive series, Marketing Decoded, focused on Public Relations and Media Awareness in partnership with Africa Communications Week (ACW) on the 23rd of May starting at 5:00 pm at the Empower Office Suites. Marketing Decoded will serve as the Accra Edition of ACW, an annual global campaign happening from May 21 to May 25 in 20 cities across Africa and Europe.
With Africa Communications Week, WaxPrint Media joins an international team of multi-talented communications professionals who share a vision for transformative change in Africa through strategic communications. The theme for this year’s edition is “Economic Integration in Africa: Opportunities for Communications”.
“Marketing Decoded is WaxPrint’s effort to provide local entrepreneurs with practical skills and knowledge to advance their businesses. We are delighted to partner with Africa Communications Week and join organizers throughout Africa and Europe sharing insights on the power of communications on development at the micro and macro levels. The Marketing Decoded: Public Relations session will empower participants to:

Engage in a Q&A session with top media executives and local entrepreneurs that secured media coverage in local and international outlets.

Connect, engage, and network with experienced entrepreneurs, communications experts, PR practitioners and internationally renowned marketing strategist
The interactive session will also include a Q&A with Nana Opoku W. O. Agyeman-Prempeh, co-founder of Asoriba Inc, a Ghanaian tech startup focused on providing technology to churches who has been featured in several international and local outlets including Forbes, CNN, France 24, and BBC, Dominic Andoh, Deputy Editor at Business & Financial Times and Muhammida El Muhajir, a global marketing and communications strategist who has worked with brands including Nike, Pepsico, Land Rover, and Jaguar.

Past sessions of Marketing Decoded have focused on Developing a Marketing Plan as well as Design Thinking. “Our sessions are interactive and participants come ready and willing to do the work necessary to take their companies to the next level using the tools of marketing and communications which is aligned with ACW’s mission,” adds Nartey.
Marketing Decoded is open to entrepreneurs, startups and marketing professionals who must apply to attend the free sessions.
