The acting chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Freddy Blay, has scored the six-month old Nana Addo-led administration 80 percent.
According to Mr. Blay, the government has done enough during its short stay in office.
“If I am not wrong I will give my government about 80 percent, but given a little more time it might even increase,” the former second deputy speaker of parliament said.
Mr. Blay, however, described the agitations and picketing at the ministries by various groups that have bedevilled the government as part of the mechanism of criticism a government should expect.
“They are part and parcel of the system… there must be criticisms as I said earlier… we expect people to come out with their evidence and not just mere criticisms,” Mr. Blay told Starr FM’s Kwaku Obeng Adjei in an exclusive interview.
He added that in his personal view the administration has done enough to deserve the grade.
