Meanwhile sources close to the estranged wife say Gyan grew cold towards Gifty after another woman came into his life. Gyan, according to credible sources, has started a romantic affair with Nina Atalah, former wife of incarcerated Jamaican Reggae artiste, Buju Banton.

She is known to have dated quite a number of politicians, A-list footballers and some celebrities in the creative arts industry including recently married John Dumelo.
Nina, was recently mistaken for Asamoah Gyan’s wife at the grand opening of his new sports bar located in Osu, Accra last June and the same lady was mentioned as Asamoah Gyan’s wife when Emmanuel Tagoe (Game Boy) fought his last bout in defense of his IBO World title this month.
Gyan sacks Gifty from his UK Home
Gyan, 32, currently plays as a striker for Kayserispor after an unsuccessful stint at Shanghai SIPG in China. He and Gifty have been together since 2003 and got married in 2013 after their second child was born.
Gyan and Gifty’s marriage has been marred by several issues in the past. From insecurity issues to Gyan cheating saga but interestingly, Gifty, who has been silent on all the marital affairs and problems has refused to give up. The latest indication of the current troubles in their marriage was the alleged seizure of Gifty’s passport by Baffour Gyan, who is the elder brother of Asamoah Gyan, to supposedly prevent her from returning to Asamoah’s residence in the United Kingdom.
Although Nina explains that her relationship with Gyan was purely professional as she owns a property that houses one of Gyan’s companies, many credible sources claim otherwise. Their relationship is beyond ‘landlord- tenant’ relationship as the two have been spotted in cozy situations ‘stewing” business.
