“Kati Boom” crooner Kwaw Kese is not happy about the 2017 MUSIGA Presidential Grand Ball which happened at the State Banquette Hall on December 29.
According to the leader of Mad Time Entertainment, MUSIGA boss Bice Osei Kufuor popularly known as Obour failed to invite local musicians to their own event.
Born Emmanuel Botway, Kwaw Kese questioned if footballers will organize an event and invite market women to attend the show.
Taking his sentiments to micro-blogging site Twitter to criticize the organizers, he tagged the president’s Office as a shameful Institution.
“Musigha or whatever they call it is the most corrupt institution in Ghana . How can you have a musicians grand ball and not invite musicians….”
Further adding that it was sad the president of the nation had to be amid the ‘thieves’ at the grand ball.
“Sad that the president @NAkufoAddo was present in the midst of these thief’s #MusigaGrandBall2017.” Musicians who performed at the MUSIGA Grand Ball included Daddy Lumba, Nana Kwame Ampadu, A.B Crentsil, Freddy Meiwey, Becca among others.
