Kenyan singer Victoria Kimani has landed a major endorsement deal with New York based brand Maybelline, the world’s leading cosmetic brand.
The former Chocolate City singer announced the lucrative partnership deal with the giant cosmetic brand saying:

This is such an honor and a beautiful crowning for me because well…. if you know me, you know that I LOVE MAKE UP and a good face beat !! And When it comes to my dreams …. I am known to MAKE IT HAPPEN! Regardless of language, location, time, Rules, obstacles and hurdles that I face… nothing can stand in the way of A girl on a Mission! #Maybelline. Thank you to my namesake in Kenya for fighting for me!!!”
The singer known for songs like “China Love,” “Boom,” and “Wonka” joins the likes of Jourdan Dunn and Gigi Hadid in landing a Maybelline deal.
She becomes the first African artist to collaborate with the brand, paving the way for African creatives in both the music and business world to begin the talk.
Victoria Kimani says: “I am very excited to partner with Maybelline NY, especially here in Kenya, Africa, only because of my love for Maybelline products but for what Maybelline stands for. The brand has always shared my personal view and philosophy as pertains to my goals to ‘Make it happen’”.
Maybelline NY currently has a strong presence in Kenya, is owned by French multinational L’Oréal.
