Dancehall musician Shatta Wale has disclosed in an interview with Citi FM’s Jessica Opare Saforo that he’s still fond of the late Terry Bonchaka and that, he still visits his grave because he loved his style of music.
Shatta Wale joined the Traffic Avenue crew on Citi Fm Monday as part of his ‘Reign’ Album media tour. Although Terry Bonchaka lived a short life and did not last in the music industry, he really paid his dues, Shatta Wale believes.
The “Gringo” hitmaker would love to bring back the super talented hip-life/Dancehall Terry Bonchaka should he get the chance. He says if he had the powers of bringing back any dead musician, he would choose Terry Bonchaka, the “poulele” hitmaker.
“Terry Bonchaka is one person I would love to bring back if I had the chance. I loved his style. From time to time, myself and boys visit his grave. We want Ghanaians to remember his legacy. He is on the #ReignALBUM,” he said.
