Multi-awarded African rapper of Ghanaian descent Sarkodie, has joined the tall list of generous African personalities who are donating relief items to their communities in this covid-19 coronavirus pandemic lock down.

The Tema based rapper who is currently stuck in the United States of America is not only hosting music-play back sessions on Instagram, he’s also seeking the best interest of the people from the community that made him a super star.
The Sarkcess Music label owner who joined the fight against the COVID-19 Coronavirus in Ghana had his donations sent out by his team on behalf of the Sarkodie foundation, with label manager Angel Town leading the group with items including sanitizers, water, oil, tomatoes, food and others.
These items were donated to the aged, disabled and the needy in Tema a suburb in Ghana’s capital, Accra.
So far personalities in Ghana who have donated to their communities include dancehal artists Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy, actress Gloria Sarfo, Criss Waddle, Maccasio, actor cum politician John Dumelo, newly wedded couple Medikal and Fella Makafui, Ghana’s most travel actress Jackie Appiah, among several others.
“Obviously, we are in a very difficult and hard times, especially with this COVID-19 that has affected all of us,” Angel Town said in a highlight video he shared on his Instagram page.
