Ebony Reigns’ funeral to be held at Black Star Square Father of the late dancehall artiste Ebony has announced.
The venue for the funeral of his daughter has finally been confirmed after missing out on a state burial for the late princess.
Nana Poku Kwarteng during the one-week commemoration revealed that the late Ebony Reigns would be buried on March 17th, 2018 but failed to add the venue for the much-anticipated funeral.
In the latest interview, Mr Kwarteng has finally disclosed the Black Star Square as the official venue for the final funeral rite of the late Ebony ‘Ohemaa’ Reigns while her partner Frany Kuri goes home on the 3rd of March.

Her burial service will be held at the Prince of Peace Catholic Church, Kwashieman in Accra at 8:00 am. The prescribed attire for Franky’s funeral is black and white
“The funeral will take place at the Independence Square,” he said.

Meanwhile, the family is unhappy with a recent video showing the body of Ebony and her friend Franky Kuri at the morgue.
According to Mr. Kwarteng, the family would not hesitate to sue whoever took the video once they are done with their investigations.
Ebony who died on Thursday 8th February 2018 on the Sunyani-Kumasi road in a gory car accident with her two friends left behind hit records such as ‘Kupe,’ ‘Poison,’ ‘Date Ur Fada,’ ‘Hustle,’ ‘Maame Hwe’ among others.
