-Bola Ray’s book ‘It’s Possible’ launchedGhana’s top acts Stonebwoy, Efya, Wutah and Eboo heaped the ‘Bola Story’ launching with amazing performances to entertain the audience.
The launch of “It is Possible, the Bola Ray Story,”, a biography written for celebrated Ghanaian Broadcaster, Nathan Kwabena Anokye Adisi best known as Bola Ray has finally been unveiled and it will be followed by a nationwide school tour in the coming weeks. The tour has already attracted sponsorships from companies like Direct Saving and Loan, Unibank Ghana Limited, MensGold, Starlife, Standbic Bank among others.
The well-attended event which was held at the Labadi Beach Hotel last Thursday, September 21 was hosted by ace broadcaster Kwame Sefa Kayi and the night saw Patch Bay Band give patrons a great feel of both old and contemporary Ghanaian groove.
The event, attended by quite a number of known personalities and dignitries included Kofi Okyere Darko (KOD), Edem, Joe Mettle, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, Nana Kwabena Nketia V, French Ambassador to Ghana, Mr Francois Pujolas and Kwaku Sintim-Misa (KSM).
The biography penned by Ghanaian Journalist, Obed Boafo, is a 320-page account of Adisi’s media industry rise over the past decades. The book also details his business-building journey over the last few years.
Two years in the making, the author affords the reader candid insight into how the EIB Network CEO rose to become a towering figure in the media scene in and beyond Ghana.
Dr. Kwabena Dufour Jnr. Chief Executive Officer of UniBank Ghana Limited, and Joseph Siaw Agyepong, Chief Executive Officer of JOSPONG Group bought copies of the book for 100, 000 and 50, 000 Cedis respectively. Other pledges came in $5000, $1000 and others.Source: Samcilla/BjrliveFM.com/230917/
