Ghanaian Actress Rosemond Brown popularly known as Akuapem Poloo has been granted bail by the Criminal Court 2 Division of the High Court.
The actress was on remand after being sentenced to 90 days in jail for posting nudes of her son but appealed the sentence.
The court granted her bail this morning in the sum of GHc80, 000 with two sureties and She is to report to the case investigator every two weeks and is to deposit her password with the registrar of the court.
This means whilst the appeal is being held, you can expect the socialite Akuapem Poloo back on social media entertaining fans once again while going about her daily Honey hustle.
The court also added that she will only travel with the express permission of the court.
Her lawyer Andrews Kudzo Vortia on Monday, April 19, 2021, filed a notice of appeal and application for bail against the actress’s custodial sentence at the same time.
