A Plus intensifies campaign to become NPP Chairman
Musician, A Plus, born Kwame Asare Obeng appears more serious than many anticipate in his bid to become a Constituency Chairman of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Gomoa Central Constituency of the Central Region.
A Plus is meeting with various stakeholders of the party in the area to smoothen his way into leading them and has promised to improve on its fortunes if given the nod.
Prior to the 2016 elections, A Plus was a torn in the flesh of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), then in government, after he lashed them for failing to live up to expectation.
Even after they left power, he did not stop lambasting past officials citing instances of greed and corruption as among the many factors that contributed to their disgraceful defeat.
