The 21-year-old crowned Miss World Zimbabwe, Belinda Potts, has put her love life on hold to pursue her ideas after winning the topmost prize.
She dropped the bombshell on the sidelines of the Miss World Zimbabwe prize presentation ceremony which was held in the capital. She’s dumping her boyfriend, a relationship she described a destruction her reign.
“My love life is withheld, I won’t be in a relationship for the whole year. I have so many things to focus on as the reigning queen so I don’t have time for boyfriends. I will be single,” says the Masvingo bred beauty.
Hajirah Belinda Potts’ stance on relationships has been commended by the Miss World Zimbabwe committee member, Raymond Mutadza who graced the event. She was earlier labeled a prostitute, especially in Masvingo but she believes she is very disciplined and focused for her activities.
Belinda thanked the pageant’s Trust for her prizes and vowed to use half of the money on philanthropic projects. She promises to give back to communities that need help, and she will be starting with her hometown.
